SVEO officers demanded that a journalist from Nakhodka "prohibit the distribution" of a video of herself on the internet.
Military officers Yevgeny Zuyev and Igor Royenko are demanding that journalist Anna Sharipova from Nakhodka remove the video and "prohibit its distribution online." Bailiffs received the corresponding writ of execution today.
"The video on my channel <…> has already been deleted, but no one is explaining how to stop it from being distributed online," Anna Sharipova told NeMoskva.
The case against the journalist began in the winter: the head of the city council of veterans, Sergei Lebedev, and military personnel Zuev and Roenko recorded Video messages accusing Sharipova of "justifying and aiding terrorists." Zuyev and Roenko, however, didn't recognize her on the street; the journalist filmed one of these encounters in the city. Zuyev and Roenko believed they were filmed in an unflattering light and "under conditions of surprise." In court, they demanded 25,000 rubles each in compensation for moral damages and the removal of the video.
The military's demands were satisfied, but the journalist is challenging them in cassation.
Sharipova also told NeMoskva that she had filed a counterclaim for defamation in connection with the accusations of involvement in terrorism and was currently awaiting the results of a linguistic examination.
Anna Sharipova is an independent journalist from Nakhodka. In her channel She writes about urban problems and criticizes local authorities. Because of this, she clashes with city authorities. In June, unknown cut up tires on her car. Those responsible were never found, and the case was suspended, Sharipova said.
