Telegram Attack: It Looks Like It's Begun

For two days now, Russian users have been complaining about problems with Telegram: messages are delayed, and images, videos, and audio files aren't loading.

Today, several RBC sources reported that the messenger's operation is being slowed down by government orders. The same publication also reported that Roskomnadzor is ready to initiate a complete block on Telegram.

Towards the end of the day, Roskomnadzor also confirmed the "gradual restriction" of the messenger's operation.
