An Iskander missile production plant was attacked, Putin authorized operators to shut down communications at the request of the FSB: NeMoskva news overnight:

🔹Udmurtia drones attacked at night. How clarifies ASTRA, the Votkinsk Plant, which produces Iskander missiles, was attacked. 🔹Russia at night attacked Odessa, two people were injured. Infrastructure, residential buildings, and an educational institution were damaged.

🔹Putin signed A law requiring mobile operators to disconnect service at the request of the FSB. In this case, they will not be held liable for service interruptions. 

🔹The use of Telegram in a military operation zone poses a threat to the lives of Russian troops, the FSB stated. The agency believes that Ukrainian intelligence agencies are receiving important information through the messenger. Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Makus Shaadaev, stated: claimedthat in the "SVO" zone the messenger will not be slowed down, since the military communicates using it.
