The Primorsky Krai government has announced a tender for social media promotion. The contract is worth 41 million rubles. According to the documents, the winning bidder will be required to post about the Primorsky Krai government's work on the Telegram messaging app. 

It should be noted that the government procurement process is taking place amid media reports that Telegram will be completely blocked as of April 1. Roskomnadzor, as usual, neither confirmed nor denied the information, stating that the agency "has nothing to add to the previously published data."

Commenters speculate that after the messenger is blocked, the parties to the procurement will face a force majeure situation, and the money for the unfulfilled contract will not be refunded.
