A voice from the window of NeMoscow: "Who is still capable of love, and who is deprived of energy? It will come for those who are alive—the wind of change."

Together with #notradio_NotMoscow, we're turning up the volume where everyone else is trying to turn it down—we've compiled the top new music releases of March for you. They're unlikely to pass radio censorship, but they'll definitely make it onto your playlists.

🎧 The group "Bi-2" presented its 12th album to listeners - "A Journey Around the Sun"This is their first full-length album since 2022 and, as the musicians themselves admit, one of the band's most ambitious works in its entire history.

"In our new work, we tried to convey what we feel awaits us all in the near future. Spoiler: a lot of light and goodness," said The group "Bi-2" in an interview with The Insider.

🎧 Former frontman of the punk band Tarakany! Dmitry Spirin has released his second solo album. "Aliens"This is a collection of ten cover versions of songs by Russian-speaking artists, composed after the start of "SVO."

"We've all become strangers to the official Russian Federation, just as it has become strangers to us. This is now the price for the right to simply be yourself," wrote Spirin: <…> If these songs don't seem particularly joyful to you, well, that's our current reality. We'll rejoice, celebrate, and compose cheerful songs after this terrible war ends. Or when all wars end."

🎧 The band "Electropartizany" and rock musician Tem Bulatov presented a joint single Wind of Change.

"The wind of change is not a new image, but it is well understood, especially when the heat becomes unbearable. An ancient Chinese proverb says: when the wind of change blows, some build walls, while others build windmills, commented "Electropartizany" leader Vadim Kurylev sang the song. "Our new song is for everyone—for both."

🎧 Boris Grebenshchikov and the group "Aquarium" released a song "Nobody and nothing to call him" - a single pamphlet about power.

“You learned not to see, not to hear,

Not to think, not to remember, not to know.

To vegetate in the shadow of what is unshakable.

But silence corrodes like cancer,

You fed yourself to hungry dogs

And while the feast lasted, life passed by.

And Nobody has a name

Between the trees of the garden,

He doesn't know how to do it,

He has enough as is.

A favorable sign -

Nature wide open,

There is no ford in this fire -

"Nobody and no name."
