Organizers of protests for free internet are being detained. 

В Tomsk An activist from the "Headquarters of Candidates" was detained Anton Isakov, who organized a rally against the blocking of Telegram. How сообщает TV2, he is charged with petty hooliganism and is in police custody. 

Also during the day was detained another organizer of a similar action in Yakutsk, activist Alexey Popov. He later reported that he was taken for a medical examination, but there was no other news about him. 

The activist submitted applications to organize a rally on different dates, but was rejected each time. 

Protests against the Telegram block are planned across the country for March 29. In some regions, the protests were initially approved, but then authorities banned all previously agreed actions.
