A Yakut politician was fined for collaborating with an "undesirable organization." 

Chairman of the Yakut Yabloko party Anatoly Nogovitsyn fined 10 rubles for collaborating with an "undesirable organization." The reason was reposts the politician had deleted back in 2025. 

"The only publications left are those related to Yabloko party structures and their leaders, as well as a couple of posts from Sakhaday and Yakutsk Vecherniy that mentioned me. This is simply because the list of 'undesirables' is expanding at some cosmic speed. Despite this, the Center for E cobbled together screenshots and included broken links in their reports: one leads to my channel, the other to nowhere," Nogovitsyn wrote. 

He was certain this would ruin the case in court, but the judge ordered a fine. However, the court documents Nogovitsyn received completely distorted his statements, claiming he removed the reposts only after reviewing the case materials. The judge ignored the fact that the links were broken. 

Last summer, Nogovitsyn was fined 5 rubles under the same article; he is appealing that decision. The prosecutor's office has another case under the same article, which is currently suspended. The politician links the prosecution to the upcoming elections.

Administrative penalties under the article on "undesirable" organizations may lead to criminal prosecution. Those fined are also barred from participating in elections as observers and from serving on electoral commissions.
