The police officer killed in the Orenburg region left behind a young son.

In the Orenburg region police told About the deceased police officer, Senior Lieutenant Nikita Gnusin. He was 28 years old, had worked in law enforcement since 2021 and had risen to the rank of operative. 

Gnusin was born in Novotroitsk. He leaves behind a family and a four-year-old son. 

Police today left to detain Sergei Basalaev, who was on the federal wanted list, in the village of Akkermanovka. He opened fire: Nikita Gnusin was killed, and three of his colleagues were in serious condition. The car Basalaev was driving found, but he himself has not yet been detained; the “Interception” plan has been introduced in the region.
