A state of emergency has been declared in four settlements in Kuban following a dam breach.

A state of emergency has been declared in Trinity, Kiev, South и Keslerovsky rural settlements. According to data authorities, water after the dam break continues to flow onto agricultural lands and fills Afipsky channel.

Residential buildings in the village of Troitskaya are at risk of flooding, and residents have been warned of possible evacuation. A temporary shelter has been set up at the Community Center.

Flooding was previously reported in the Krymsk and Slavyansk districts due to rising water levels in rivers.
