Rostov resident Mikhail told NeMoskva that he couldn't fill up his car with 95-octane gasoline in the city: neither the two Lukoil stations nor the Gazprom station had the required grade. According to Mikhail, many gas stations in Rostov region и Krasnodar region, where he had just passed.

A resident of the village Chaltyr Tatyana She said that the day before yesterday she was able to fill up with 95 gasoline, but the higher-quality 95 Pulsar was no longer available for sale. 

Residents of the Rostov region are complaining en masse about shortages in gasoline supplies and rising prices in the comments under posts in Telegram channel governor Yuri Slyusar.

"Why is the price of 95 gasoline in Taganrog between 90 and 100 rubles? Half the gas stations are closed. They're artificially inflating prices. Huge lines, people filling up their trucks with canisters, while sometimes we simply don't have enough.", — wrote a user with the nickname Yulia Yulia.

Other commentators also write that some gas stations have introduced restrictions on the sale of gasoline.

"The executive bodies of the Rostov Region have not imposed any restrictions on fuel sales. However, restrictions may be imposed by organizations.
