An attack on a ship near Novorossiysk, a fish kill in Domodedovo, and the bankruptcy of Kvant: overnight news
In the Leningrad and Moscow regions, drones again attacked warehouses, and a commercial vessel was hit off the coast of Novorossiysk. Meanwhile, in the Moscow region, fish kills due to chemicals following the July fires were reported, and a court in arbitration declared the television manufacturer Quantum bankrupt.
Warehouse strikes, an attack on a ship near Novorossiysk, and the disappearance of a Cessna
A warehouse was damaged by drones near the village of Krasny Bor in the Leningrad Region, Governor Alexander Drozdenko reported. Meanwhile, Ukrainian Telegram channels claim that a Wildberries warehouse was hit.
Additionally, the aftermath of the nighttime attacks was recorded in the city of Chekhov in the Moscow region. Eyewitnesses on social media speculated that warehouses were "lit." There are also unconfirmed reports of an attack on an oil refinery in Syzran in the Samara region.
Consequently, the geography of the attacks is expanding: a ship en route from the Turkish port of Samsun was attacked 30 nautical miles from the port of Novorossiysk, according to the Turkish news agency IHA. Four crew members were injured in the incident, three of whom were Turkish citizens.
Meanwhile, the search continues in the Irkutsk region for a Cessna 182 light aircraft that disappeared the day before while monitoring forest fires. There were two people on board—a pilot-in-command and an observer. The aircraft took off from the village of Mama, surveyed a fire in the Bodaibo forestry, and circled over Bodaibo. However, after turning southeast at 13:58 PM, it lost contact.
Fish kill in Domodedovo and an FPV drone base at BGTU
Meanwhile, a massive fish die-off occurred in the Gnilusha River in the Domodedovo urban district. The environmental emergency was caused by chemicals used to extinguish fires at warehouses attacked by drones back in July. As Evgenia Khrustaleva, head of the district, explained, local wastewater treatment facilities were simply unable to handle the enormous volume of chemicals.
Meanwhile, the building of the Belgorod State Technological University (BSTU), damaged in a drone attack on the night of August 3, may have housed a training base for FPV drone operators and Russian military personnel. A university employee told Vot Tak on condition of anonymity.

DNS Retail filed for bankruptcy, claiming that Kvant owed it 654,6 million rubles. Meanwhile, the plant's total debt to 25 creditors has already exceeded 763 million rubles.
