"You were simply robbed": Wildberries sellers are unable to withdraw their earnings from their personal accounts.

Russian entrepreneurs selling on the Wildberries marketplace are complaining en masse about the inability to withdraw their earnings. Sellers have faced payment freezes, resulting in accumulated debts for rent, taxes, and suppliers.

The system is rejecting payments

In particular, businessman Anton Bryansky attempted to withdraw over 1 million rubles from his personal account, but the service blocked the transaction.

I click "Withdraw" and lo and behold, the payment is declined. Withdrawals are temporarily unavailable. I can't withdraw the money I earned.

Furthermore, in the comments to his post, hundreds of other sellers confirmed a similar problem. Many of them have been unable to receive their funds for two to three weeks.

We're not getting paid either. We're already behind on rent, we're behind on suppliers, and the tax office has frozen our accounts because we can't pay our taxes. It's just a complete mess.

Why are payments delayed?

Despite technical blocks on withdrawals, funds continue to appear on users' balances. As a result, some sellers have suggested that the marketplace is using other people's funds to cover its own increased costs.

Wildberries doesn't pay any interest, but it's developing new areas. You've simply been robbed.

However, the company's financial crisis is unfolding against a backdrop of widespread problems with its logistics infrastructure. Wildberries warehouses have been under attack for about a month, and the total damage from destroyed premises and burned goods, according to preliminary estimates, has exceeded 435 billion rubles.

As a result, thousands of entrepreneurs across the country suffered from the incidents. The company's management promised to pay compensation, but the current amounts don't cover the actual damages, so sellers are advised to seek compensation through the courts.
