Everybody dance! The World DanceSport Federation has lifted all restrictions for Russians.

Athletes with Russian citizenship can now participate in Federation events on the same terms as participants from other countries (previously, they could only compete under a neutral flag, submitting special declarations and undergoing additional verification procedures).

Also, a ban on Russian athletes competing stripped off The World Motor Sport Council has allowed Russian drivers to participate in international competitions under its flag and anthem.

Just over a month ago, sanctions were imposed on Russian athletes stripped off The International Olympic Committee explained that this decision was made due to the Russian Olympic Committee "no longer includes regional organizations under the jurisdiction of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine" (In October 2023, Russia was suspended due to the inclusion of Olympic councils from the occupied territories, including the “DPR” and “LPR”).
