Law enforcement officers in Grozny have issued an administrative citation against Lena Patyaeva for repeated violation of public assembly regulations. She now faces a fine of up to 300 rubles or administrative arrest for up to 30 days.

What is known about the protocol and the trial?

The human rights channel "Slovo Zashchite" (Word of Defense) reported that a report had been drawn up under Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offenses. Lawyer Natalya Tikhonova was allowed to see the detainee immediately at the police station.

However, the date and time of the court hearing remain unknown, as the summons has not been issued to the defense or the girl herself.
