Zyuzinsky Court in Moscow sentenced Russian cuisine historian Pavel Syutkin was sentenced to six years in prison for military "fakes." The accusation requested 8 years.

61-year-old writer and blogger Pavel Syutkin detained October 8. A case of "fake news" was opened following denunciations from Z-activists over a post about Bucha. The case materials stated that Syutkin "holds radical political views," disagrees with the current political regime, and wishes to harm the state. Syutkin pleaded not guilty.
