A photograph with a chevron depicting a flying drone was published on social media on August 31. At the same time, the schoolboy's mother said Olga,That all students are required to wear these chevrons in the new school year—instead of the chevrons with a feather against the Russian flag they wore last year. Parents in chat groups called the new design "strange," and some even refused to buy the updated chevrons.
The school principal claims the student's mother posted a photo of someone else's chevron, which has no connection to the school. Meanwhile, the school's VKontakte page contains photos from the assembly, which show these chevrons.
The student's mother has already contacted a lawyer. If the police find no evidence of wrongdoing, she plans to sue the school principal for defamation.
