Good Morning in "NeMoskva": Over-the-counter antidepressants and other good stories
Good stories: a video about a cafeteria worker who was called "the best antidepressant" has garnered millions of views. A pensioner started a blog and received support from thousands of people, and a mentor took on the role of a teenager from an orphanage.
Antidepressant without a prescription
While recovering in the hospital, designer Anastasia Greshneva made a video about a kind cafeteria worker named Natalya Alexandrovna, whom she called "the best antidepressant they give out over the counter." The video unexpectedly garnered millions of views, and comments prompted donations for a bouquet for this wonderful woman. "I love you all, from the bottom of my heart. I love my job very much, and I love people very much," Natalya Alexandrovna said as she accepted the flowers. "It takes so little to evoke such a response in people—just being human," Anastasia says.
I can't believe it
After retiring, Lidiya Myalitsyna decided to start filming videos and blogging. She shared how difficult it was to master editing, understand the terminology, and resolve other technical issues. However, she ultimately decided not to give up her new hobby and to move forward at her own pace. Thousands of people, including prominent bloggers, supported her. Many offered their help. She now has over 8 subscribers. "I still can't believe what happened to me," Lidiya says.
Experience of reliable relationships
Anastasia Tims became a mentor for a 15-year-old boy from an orphanage (we told you about it (https://t.me/Govorit_NeMoskva/71343) about this program) and shared how they spend their time. "Children in orphanages share everything. So I decided to become a 'personal' adult for such a teenager. The person who comes only to see them, finds out how they're doing, and tries to make them happy," she said. The main thing is to help the child experience calm and secure relationships, says Anastasia. To join the program, you need to find a foundation that offers it, such as "Arithmetic of Good."
Every trip to the store
Corgi Gin from Sochi has a friend who works at a grocery store. Every time he goes there with his owner, the woman always has a kind word for him. Gin is a dog with special needs. "He's a rescue dog with hip dysplasia, so we try to take care of him and keep him on a diet," said his owner, Mila.
