The case under Part 1 of Article 205.2 of the Russian Criminal Code (public justification of terrorism) was opened on September 13, but it only became known now.
The reason was "voice messages that were voiced by Alexei Gorinov during a conversation with other prisoners."
According to investigators, Gorinov, while discussing the explosion on the Crimean Bridge and the activities of the Azov Brigade, was forming the impressions of his interlocutors "opinion on the admissibility of the activities of an organization recognized as terrorist by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the commission of sabotage and terrorist acts at the facilities of the transport infrastructure of the Russian Federation."
Alexey Gorinov - the first person in Russia, convicted of "fakes about the army" and sentenced to a prison term. The criminal case was initiated because Gorinov spoke at a municipal council meeting. said, that holding entertainment events during wartime is unacceptable. In July 2022, he was sentenced to seven years in prison.
