Vladivostok is underwater again
The storm drain system again failed to cope with the powerful tropical downpour that covered Today is Vladivostok.
Cars sank right on the road. Water flooded underground parking lots, shopping centers, and even the entrances of multi-story buildings (at least two of them suffered roof collapses).
In some places, a mudslide occurred and damaged power lines, leaving 15 people without electricity.
