Potholes of the Week: Two Bridges, Many Potholes, and a Patch
This week's failure rating was topped by Primorsky Krai, where two bridges collapsed at once.
There's a formed 40 km from Ussuriysk — after a truck loaded with crushed stone drove onto it. Journalists emphasize that the bridge, built in 1980, was already in disrepair, but there were no warning signs in front of it.
