A Volzhsky resident proposed combating drunkenness at work through anonymous denunciations. However, he later changed his mind.
A man who identified himself as machine operator Alexander Klimov posted a video on his social media page in which he claims to have come up with an "innovative method" for combating drunkenness at work. пишет v1, he called his “program” “Bitch-wise”, and it is feasible “for absolutely all enterprises in Russia”.

"An email address will be created and distributed to all employees. Every employee should know that if they catch or discover a colleague intoxicated or with a hangover, they can send a message about it. It will all be anonymous. The person responsible will come with a breathalyzer and determine whether they are intoxicated or not. The person who reported it will receive a cash bonus. The company itself will decide on the other person who was caught. This will ensure that they are not both colluding," Klimov explained the gist of his idea.
He also expressed hope that it “will be useful for our guys in the special military operation zone, because the industry is now working at full capacity.”
However, Klimov soon deleted the video calling for reporting drunk colleagues and posted an explanation. In it, he claimed he hadn't intended to encourage "people to start reporting someone," but merely wanted to be "seen by management." He also admitted that he himself had been fired from work multiple times for drunkenness. This post was also soon deleted.
Klimov declined to speak to journalists, stating that his "video had done its job." Representatives of his employer, Volgograd-based Aquamash Production Association LLC, declined to comment, citing that they do not have dedicated media relations staff.
