A lighthouse keeper in the Gulf of Finland discovered a bottle containing a letter from a boy in Austria. Previously, a message from his sister was found in the Leningrad Region.

Dmitry, the lighthouse keeper on the Russian island of Bolshoy Tyuters, was walking along the shore after the storm and found a bottle with a letter. The author of the letter is a boy from Austria by name Sebastian — he greeted the finder and wrote that he loved to play with cars and run around the lawn.

"I was walking along the rocky shores after a storm when I discovered the message. Bottles containing letters had already landed on the island: sometimes with notes from local fishermen, sometimes with a cryptic line about the constant fog. But the letter and the boy's drawing seemed so amusing that I decided to send a reply immediately."- wrote Dmitriy in group Bolshoy Tyuters Island Lighthouse.

The lighthouse keeper found the website of the small Austrian town's administration and sent a message there. The staff informed Sebastian's mother that the Russian lighthouse keeper sent his regards. The mother responded with thanks and photos of her children.

It turned out that Sebastian is the younger brother of nine-year-old Caroline, whose letter was found in July of this year Leningrad regionThe girl also sent her greetings to the finder, asked him to write a letter back, and enclosed a drawing of a rainbow. She threw the bottle with her letter into the water while traveling on a ferry from Tallinn в Helsinki.
