Krasnoyarsk Krai authorities ignored the issue of a father of many children who was not returned from the war in time.

The administration of the Governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai Mikhail Kotyukov did not responded In response to a question from the local newspaper Prospekt Mira about why the demobilization of Minusinsk resident and father of three, Denis Slyusarev, was delayed. He was killed before he could be returned from the war zone.

Slyusarev received a deferment after the birth of his third child. His wife collected the necessary documents in March, and the Minusinsk draft board approved his return home. However, permission from the regional draft board was also required. The authorities promised his wife a solution. But on September 14, Denis died.

Journalists posed three questions to the Krasnoyarsk Krai Governor's press service. The first two were: "What caused the delay in demobilization? Have you sent and signed the relevant documents?"

A week later, the administration responded, but only to the third question—about payments and assistance to the deceased's family. The first two were completely ignored.
