Two readers from NeMoskva sent photographs of leaflets left on the playground and in mailboxes. Tyumen.

"Such 'surprises' awaited us at the playground near Golysheva 10A. And this despite the fact that there are several international families in our building." "Today these are just threats on paper, but what will happen tomorrow?", — the Tyumen women worry. 

According to their information, local residents have already contacted the police department. However, the department's officers responded that "until there is a real threat to life, the police cannot assist in any way."

The distribution of such materials may be equated to a criminal offense under the article “Inciting ethnic hatred.”

“The information posted will be verified, and if confirmed, a legal assessment of the incident will be given,” The press service of the Tyumen Region Ministry of Internal Affairs reported this in response to a request from journalists from Nashe Gorod. “If it is established that the information is not true, legal action will be taken.”
