"Malkov turned out to be the 'roof'." An industrial complex will replace a natural park near Ryazan.

Construction of a huge warehouse complex has begun in the Rybnovsky district, adjacent to the Khodyninskie Dvoriki and Rybnovskaya Sloboda cottage communities. Residents filed a class action lawsuit, where it was discovered that the agreement with the investor was signed by the governor. Pavel Malkov.
One of the industrial warehouses is being built just 5 meters from a residential building. The felling of the birch grove and the pouring of the foundation began even before the construction permits were received and even before the public discussions on rezoning the land from the "Multifunctional Public and Business Zone" to the "Communal and Warehouse" category. During the discussion, people gathered more than 200 signatures against translation, however, the commission did not take into account 140 signatures as “inappropriate.”

"We learned from the Defendant (the owner of the future warehouses) who promised to assist and facilitate this construction project. The 'roof,' according to the Defendant, turned out to be our current governor, P.V. Malkov. A document bearing his signature was presented to the court." said Olga, about the court hearing Elena Gerasimova.
She noted that people had been building private homes in the countryside for years, selling their city homes and taking out loans. They hoped that infrastructure with kindergartens, a school, and shops would soon be nearby. Instead, they'll be met with the noise of 24-hour warehouses and passing trucks.
"We all understand perfectly well why they're sending strangers to the region. Clearly not to restore order."After such organizers, five generations will definitely not live in comfort," — the residents responded.
Previously Malkov handed a place reserved for Ryazan residents for the investor - Rook's grove In Solotcha. Hundred-year-old ship pine trees grow there. Now there will be glamping.
Pavel Malkov is a native of Saratov. Since 2018, he has headed Rosstat. Since 2022, he has been the governor of the Ryazan region. His wife and two children continue to live in Moscow.
