Tushinsky Court of Moscow declared illegal order of dismissal of a pediatrician from a clinic Nadezhda Buyanova, which judged for "military fakes" based on a denunciation by the patient's mother, and reinstated her to her previous position.
The court ruled that the clinic must pay Buyanova 928 rubles in wages for the forced absence and 15 rubles in compensation for moral damages, and also ordered the state to pay an additional 12 rubles.
Meanwhile, Nadezhda Buyanova remains in pretrial detention, and the trials in her case continue.
