The death toll from the shelling of the Kursk region has risen to three.
According to acting governor Alexei Smirnov, the driver of the car perished after the attack by a Ukrainian drone in the village of Komarovka in the Korenevsky district.
Previously an official reported about the deceased resident of the city of Sudzha, as well as the driver of the minibus, who was killed near the village of Nekhaevka in the Rylsky district.
Today, a missile alert has been issued over the Kursk region seven times already.

RIA Novosti with reference to Ministry of Defence сообщаетThe Ukrainian Armed Forces have been attacking Russian positions in the Kursk region since 8:00 a.m. The attack reportedly involves up to 300 personnel, 11 tanks, and 22 armored vehicles.
It is also reported that 16 armored vehicles have already been destroyed, including six tanks.
Telegram channel "Beware, news!" refers to local residents' comments about the broken communications. They also reported that they were forced to "sit in the basements."
