A playground featuring the Kremlin and the Eternal Flame is planned for a kindergarten in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.

Tender for the construction of a site called "Patriotic Palette" in the Khanty-Mansiysk village of Oktyabrskoye discovered local publication "Muksun".
According to tenderA magnetic chalk board with the lyrics to the Russian anthem is planned for the site. There, children will be able to draw with chalk and play with the magnets. Children will be encouraged to learn numbers and letters through play—likely so they can later read the lyrics to the Russian anthem. The site will also feature a flagpole with the Russian flag, a replica of the Eternal Flame, and a family tree. The largest structure will be a replica of the Moscow Kremlin.
"An element designed to help children learn about the history and architecture of the Kremlin. It includes side sections, a front section, an upper tier, and a tower, which feature play and decorative elements and openings. The Kremlin walls are installed separately in front of the Kremlin. Behind each wall is a bench. Bells are installed on the left side of the wall, and play and decorative elements are located on the right side.", — Muksun cites a description of the project.
The kindergarten is prepared to spend 1,2 million rubles on the "Patriotic Palette."
