There is a shortage of engineers of almost all specialties in Russia

Today, every fifth company in the country is looking for engineers, reported Vice President of HR and Organizational Development at the electronics manufacturer Aquarius Victoria Hub. 

Recruiting services publish three times more vacancies for electronic engineers than resumes, while the industry is short of approximately 30 design engineers and 20,4 process engineers.

The personnel shortage is observed even taking into account that engineers' salaries in the first half of 2024 increased by 16-24%, Khaba assures.
