“Our creativity is very spontaneous, we never know what will come into our heads and we allow ourselves complete freedom of action,” told Lena in August 2023.

"Birzha!" boldly improvises and incorporates elements of various musical styles and cultural motifs into its compositions. For example, in the song "Being together" there is a quote from Astor Piazzolla, and in "Let's go!" — echoes of the early work of the band Uma2rman. They learned a lot from Diana Arbenina, Zemfira, and the band "Aquarium."

"We're honest guys and can't help but react to everything happening in the world and in our country. We respond the best we can—with songs. We write about how things make us feel, we don't try to smooth things over, we just say what we think," Lena said. "Our main mission, we believe, is to make people think, to give them a little light, warmth, and hope."
