A teacher hit a child in Kamchatka. Teachers are increasingly being cruel to children.

Incident It happened Back in the summer of 2024, a kindergarten accident in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky involved a four-year-old boy with special needs: he told his mother that a teacher had hit him on the head.
Today, a panel of judges at the Kamchatka Regional Court upheld the kindergarten teacher's sentence and disregarded her arguments that could have served as justification.

The prosecutor's office intervened in the case—the child's words were confirmed by video surveillance footage. The teacher was immediately fired, and administrative charges were filed against her. The institution's management was issued a notice. The teacher explained her actions by saying that she “lost her nerves” because the child “was showing aggression and did not respond to comments.”

The court found the woman guilty of assaulting a child. The teacher will have to pay an administrative fine (the prosecutor's office did not disclose the amount). differ (from 5 to 30 rubles). The kindergarten will be required to pay 100 rubles in moral damages.

The kindergarten did not appeal the court's decision, and the teacher requested a reduction in the compensation amount. She insisted that the court failed to take into account the child's aggression and the lack of consequences. However, the panel of judges at the Kamchatka Regional Court today dismissed her arguments and upheld the verdict.

Teachers and educators have increasingly become the heroes of such stories lately. In Primorsky Krai, a student received slaps from a teacher for bad behavior. In another school in the region, a teacher silently observed as children took turns hitting a classmate. In Khabarovsk Krai, a teacher made other schoolchildren beat the child "as punishment" - and that's how the whole lesson went in the class.
