Obstetricians are asking drivers not to speed near maternity hospitals. It's harmful to newborns.

This department houses tiny babies, some weighing as little as 500 grams. The staff asks night drivers to be considerate, turn down the volume of their music, and not accelerate when passing the maternity hospital building.
