"We weren't prepared for this kind of attention." Orenburg teenagers singing into intercoms "woke up famous." 

The guys from the music collective "23 microdistrict" They gained media fame after being featured in the local publication "Orenburg Media." "Microdistrict 23" also appeared on national television channels.

At the end of January, the media became aware of the group of senior students from Lyceum No. 9: the guys, in addition to performing at school evenings, entertain residents Apartment buildings singing into the intercom. They perform popular hits. Videos are posted on social media and garner thousands of likes.

Immediately after the publication, they were invited to perform at a house concert for the first time, and then they began to be filmed for TV shows.

"We certainly weren't prepared for this kind of attention. We don't have much of our own repertoire yet. If only this had happened in the summer! We'd have more tracks. We're still struggling with writing lyrics—we don't have the time to write them ourselves. But we're working on it."- рассказал the band's keyboardist Ivan Leontiev

Having gained popularity, the "intercom singers" began to receive even more positive comments. They remembered these: "Well done, they don't drink, they don't shoot up, they sing well into the intercoms," "Ring my intercom!".

According to the boys, their initiative has been supported by their teachers and parents. Their passion doesn't interfere with their studies; in fact, it inspires them. They're currently preparing for a performance at a local cafe, and in the near future, they plan to record their own album. They're rehearsing extensively for this purpose. They also haven't forgotten about singing into intercoms, which is precisely what has made them famous nationwide.
