A state of emergency has been declared in Ryazan following a drone attack.

Tonight the territory Ryazan region attacked 99 drones, сообщил Governor Pavel Malkov. 

Four people perished. 28 were injured. Seven of them, including four children, required hospitalization.  

After an attack on a local oil refinery, local residents complain of "black rain".
