Voice from the window of NeMoscow: If you listen to these songs during a snowfall, the snow will turn nuclear.
🎧 Atomic Snow — a young hard rock band created in Vladivostok in 2023. Plays in the spirit of Old School, sings original songs in English, builds his image on symbolism and dark energy.
"Decay, darkness, emptiness, look at the doomsday clock," This is how the band members themselves explain the meaning behind their name and their internal aesthetic. However, one local poster compares them to musicians stuck in the American aesthetic of the 70s and 80s.
The band's music draws from a wide range of genres, influencing its members—from 2000s alternative rock to pop punk, heavy metal, and power metal. According to the musicians themselves, this music was born from a desire to escape the drudgery of everyday life, to bring together very different people, and to transform their inner escapism into vibrant creativity.
"We all want to escape the world through some shared passion. We want to find a way to heal our wounds, channel them into a form of creativity, and then deliver it to listeners, so they can either share it or not," said the band's bassist, Fyodor Ilyin. "I'd say we were united by the desire to share something with the world."
