"Child protection authorities are on the alert." Officials threatened to hold a large family accountable after their house burned down.

Officials from the guardianship authorities came to a mother of five children from a village with a warning about the removal of children from the village. the village of Semenovka, Saratov region, whose house burned down about a week ago. This was reported on social media. said Olga, head of the public organization "Committee of Large Families" Irina Aleshina.  

"The guardianship authorities are always on the alert. When they shouldn't be. They've already asked where she'll place the children. Instead of helping the family, they quickly came and told them what they would do if the mother couldn’t cope with this situation alone.”"," Aleshina said about the situation and asked the guardianship authorities "not to do this."

The house was severely damaged during a fire on May 31st, and neighbors temporarily sheltered the family. Since then, volunteers have collected clothing, dishes, some furniture, and about 200 rubles for the fire victims. But this isn't enough to repair the most important thing—the roof. Failure to do so will cause even greater problems for the family.

The twins born after the fire were taken away from the maternity hospital. Furthermore, Perevalova was stripped of her parental rights and ordered to pay 80 rubles a month in child support. In a short period of time, child protection services placed the children up for adoption in other cities, as well as in Tatarstan and Dagestan. Perevalova has still not been able to get her children back. 

Aleshina threatened to "go to Moscow as a flash mob" if child protection services tried to take the children away from their mother in Semenovka.
