Wildberries Bank has reported an issue: users are unable to withdraw funds.
Wildberries Bank has experienced a major outage. When attempting to access my WB wallet, both the marketplace website and the mobile app return the error "Failed, try again."

Journalists and users are unable to withdraw funds.
Specifically, a NeMoskva journalist was unable to access his WB wallet to transfer funds stored there back to his bank card. This raised concerns about the reasons for the service's suspension.
It might be a coincidence, or a software glitch, but I don't rule out the possibility that the marketplace is deliberately blocking users from accessing their wallets so they don't withdraw their money and move to other platforms.
Furthermore, DownDetector and Sboy.rf have officially confirmed issues with WB Bank. For example, at least 361 users reported the issue in the last hour alone.
Russians' reaction and silence of support
Nevertheless, marketplace clients continue to complain en masse about their inability to manage their own finances.
Why isn't online banking working?
The site is not loading
Why isn't the bank open? I need to withdraw my money.
VB Bank is down. Unable to access the app.
Consequently, even the marketplace's support team can't answer these questions. In response to a request from the editorial team, NeMoskva received the following message in the customer chat:
We will try to provide you with an answer as quickly as possible, but you may have to wait until the end of the day.
