This decision was made by Kirovsky District Court Judge Evgeny Krutovsky, NeMoskva has learned. Specifically, Lunev was accused of financing an "extremist organization." The criminal case was initiated based on his monthly donations to FBK in 2021—investigators counted seven transfers of 1000 rubles each.
