Two people are missing on Sakhalin: the island was hit by heavy rains, and rivers overflowed their banks.

In several populated areas, entire streets were flooded, and in some places the water rose to the level of the second floor.

Rivers are overflowing their banks. Lesogorsky thermal springs flow washed away Tourist cabins (they were carried 5 km downstream). Six vacationers were evacuated, but two others remain missing.
