A Ryazan communist may be stripped of his status as a member of the regional election commission: the day before, he removed illegal United Russia campaigning material. 

United Russia members filed a complaint with the regional election commission against a communist member with an advisory vote. Alexey Zakharov, which the day before recorded illegal campaigning by United Russia. One of the campaigners attacked Zakharov.

"And then a complaint comes in against me: supposedly I'm creating a negative image of some party. No, not the actions of campaigners or staff members, but the fact that these actions were noticed and made public!"- wrote Zakharov on his VKontakte page. 

According to him, at the morning meeting, the deputy chairman of the regional election commission Olesya Pronyakina called Zakharova a “special subject” who has no right to talk about violations of the law. 

On September 15, United Russia representatives were distributing campaign materials within the music college where the polling station was located. The supervisor, who had been hastily removing the campaign materials from the college, assaulted Zakharov. Judging by facial recognition software, he is a track and field athlete who participates in United Russia rallies and supports the SVO.

Earlier, NeMoskva reported how Krasnodar distribute campaign materials of this party sent schoolchildren. And in August in the regions noticed, that for the first time they do not see any pre-election struggle between the parties remaining after the removal of Yabloko.
