A Rostov Yabloko observer was fined 100 rubles after being taken away from a polling station by security forces in balaclavas.

Court of Fontaine recognized Boris Miklyukov guilty of disseminating information that, in an "indecent manner," expresses clear disrespect for society, the state, or government bodies. The charge stemmed from an observer's comment on social media, but its content is unknown.

In order to detain Miklyukov, four police officers drove 100 km yesterday from Rostov-on-Don to the village South, which is located in frontline areas. And the same number returned. The observer's phone and other electronic devices were confiscated. His parents' phones were also confiscated.

In 2022, Miklyukov was already fined 30 rubles for "discrediting" the Russian army for a comment in a Telegram chat.
