Independent observers have launched the "Observe Together" platform to monitor the 2026 elections.

An independent platform, "Let's watch together", created to monitor elections and document potential violations. Civic activists also launched a special Telegram bot that allows citizens to report violations at polling stations.

Violation Map and Legal Support

Users can quickly submit information about recorded incidents directly to the Telegram bot. However, incoming messages are not immediately made publicly available; they are first thoroughly verified by experts. Only then does the confirmed information appear on the project's interactive map.

Furthermore, the service provides citizens with detailed information about registered candidates and electoral commissions. In particular, in the event of disputes or violations of voter rights, the platform offers prompt legal assistance.

Results of the first day of voting and administrative resources

Analysts from an independent project have developed a special "Election Atlas," in which they have already published the initial results of their monitoring. They believe the current government's main goal is to maintain United Russia's absolute control over the State Duma.

Therefore, widespread use of administrative resources has been recorded in Russian regions. For example, organizers transported voters to polling stations and forced public sector workers to vote.

However, the election campaign's peculiarities didn't end there. In 12 frontline regions of the Russian Federation, including territories of Ukraine under Russian military control, authorities organized early voting. However, according to the project's analysts, independent observers were completely absent from these "elections."
