The former head of the Tula and Ulyanovsk cartridge factories has been arrested in Moscow.
Former CEO of the Tula and Ulyanovsk Cartridge Plant Sergey Lukin arrested in Moscow. He is accused, according to various sources, of either smuggling, committed using official position by an organized group, or in fraud.
The arrest took place back in mid-October, but it only became known now.
Lukin managed the Ulyanovsk and Tula factories from 2023 to 2024. The factories specialize in producing ammunition for rifled weapons.
