According to experts, there may be at least two bears in the city, not just one. Wild bears have already retreated deep into the forest and will soon hibernate. This means that the appearance of wild animals within the city limits is a problem specific to individual bears, not a general "systemic failure" due to the excessively warm autumn in Siberia.
Krasnoyarsk's bears will either be shot or euthanized and transported to the taiga. The former option is more likely.
