Kadyrov ordered that participants in potential riots be shot in the head.

"If even one of our people starts an unauthorized riot, detain them and put them in jail. Or fire three warning shots into the air, and then, if the person doesn't comply with the law, fire a fourth shot to the forehead. No more will come out. That's my order," cited The head of Chechnya, as reported by RIA Novosti, made this demand to security forces at a meeting of the republic's government.

Kadyrov's statement was made against the backdrop of anti-Semitic protests in the Caucasian republics, which escalated into pogroms. On October 29, a crowd captured Makhachkala airport and blocked a plane arriving from Israel. That same day, local residents set fire to a Jewish center in Nalchik, and on Saturday, in Khasavyurt, Dagestan, a crowd surrounded a hotel and demanded the eviction of Israeli refugees who had allegedly been staying there. This is how the protesters support Palestine.

The Chechen leader ordered the killing of protesters after Putin's statement yesterday regarding the causes of the unrest in Dagestan. According to the president, the pogroms were orchestrated through social media by Western intelligence agencies.
