CEO of the media holding SMI2 Yury Belousov proposed introducing a "civil death" procedure for musicians deemed "foreign agents." As pro-government media explain, such a procedure would strip undesirable musicians of the copyright to their works and allow anyone to perform and remix these songs for free.
