The Tyumen oil refinery has completely halted oil refining following a drone attack.
The Tyumen Oil Refinery has suspended crude oil refining and petroleum product production. According to sources, the facility's operations have been disrupted since July 25 due to a drone strike.

Details of the attack on the Tyumen Oil Refinery
The strike on the oil refinery occurred on Saturday, the day of the city's 440th anniversary celebrations, which were subsequently canceled. According to eyewitnesses, the refinery was hit twice, and Governor Alexander Moor officially confirmed the fire at the facility.
According to Reuters, a drone strike caused a fire at a diesel hydrotreating unit at a RI Invest plant. The resulting damage leaves an unknown timeframe for repairs.
The scale of production and the wave of blows to factories
The nominal capacity of the Tyumen refinery, Russia's largest independent oil refinery, is approximately 8 million metric tons per year. Industry experts estimate that it processes approximately 6 million tons of crude oil annually, producing approximately half a million tons of gasoline and 2,5 million tons of diesel fuel.
Furthermore, the Tyumen Oil Refinery is the sixth refinery to suspend production due to drone attacks since early July. Previously, Gazpromneftekhim Salavat refineries and plants in Syzran, Saratov, Omsk, and Kstovo were also affected.
