At the same time, an Ozon marketplace warehouse was attacked and caught fire in Nevinnomyssk, Stavropol Krai. This was confirmed by eyewitnesses and an OSINT analysis by the publication Astra.

Our air defense forces are repelling enemy drone attacks. Some have been shot down.

This is how Stavropol Governor Vladimir Vladimirov commented on the situation, without specifying the specific targets of the attack. Drones also attacked a warehouse of the Kuchenland Home retail chain and an Ozon logistics center in Krasnodar, as well as Ozon warehouses in the Enema district of Adygea and in the Dagestani village of Tyube.

Suspension of a regional operator's license in Novosibirsk and rescue efforts in Yakutia

Rosprirodnadzor (Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage) suspended the license of the Novosibirsk regional operator "Spetsavtokhozyaistvo" for waste collection, transportation, and disposal. The company stated that it had not received any orders from the agency. Ultimately, they attributed the situation to a scheduled confirmation of license requirements and assured residents that waste collection continues as usual.

Meanwhile, a 46-year-old tractor driver from the Nyurbinsky district of Yakutia, who went missing on July 26, survived the taiga and reunited with people on his own after nearly a month of searching. He told rescuers he had been lost in the forest and was able to survive thanks to a hunting lodge, where he spent eight days. His condition is currently stable.

The main contender for "Word of the Year"

Consequently, changes are also occurring in the modern Russian language. The word "niche" could officially be a contender for the title of "Word of the Year," according to Natalia Kozlovskaya, a professor at the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia and an expert at the Ministry of Education.

According to her, this term has finally transcended the boundaries of specialized marketing. As a result, it has transformed into a popular marker of originality and uniqueness.
